Schimek & The Leb Trip is the new joint project of folk singers Schimek and The Leb Trip. The two singer-songwriters from Barcelona have joined forces after recently releasing their debut albums and collaborating several times live during the last year. (They performed on the award-winning TV3 program "Col·lapse" in January 2025).
'Into the rainbow', first test
'Into the Rainbow (Live at Flower Canyon)' is a song written by Schimek and produced by The Leb Trip that champions the most introspective American indie folk, as well as having luminous and psychedelic undertones. Recorded, mixed and mastered at Flower Canyon Recordings, it features Alex Rabella on synthesizers.
Schimek was a member of the renowned folk and psychedelic group Aleppo Pine, and has also participated in several projects such as The Low Lines and Billy On Holidays. The Leb Trip is the new project of Jordi Bel, founder, guitarist, and vocalist of Barcelona's Stay, a band that has been a fixture on the national psychedelic rock scene for over 20 years.
